This Intro class runs twice a month and is designed as a workshop-style session for those who want a more supported introduction to the Reformer. We cover the key principles of Pilates, how the machine works, and foundational movements to help you feel confident joining a Level 1 class. If you’ve done Pilates before or feel ready for a group class, Level 1 is likely the better fit.
A foundational Reformer class suitable for beginners or anyone who prefers a steady, considered pace. You’ll build core strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness while developing the skills needed to progress safely. If you’ve done mat Pilates before, this is a great place to start.
A mixed-level class for those with some Reformer experience, typically after 4–6 Level 1 classes, focused on progression. Expect familiar movements with options to stay steady or advance. Classes focus on strength, control, and alignment, allowing you to challenge yourself while moving at your own pace.
A more challenging class for experienced clients ready to progress their practice. Expect stronger spring loads, greater balance challenges, and more complex transitions. This class focuses on refining technique, building endurance, and developing strength through full-body, flowing sequences.
A Reformer class designed for men who want to move better, train smarter, and stay injury-free. Sessions focus on deep core strength, mobility, stability, and control to support gym training, sport, and everyday movement. No prior Pilates experience needed.
A supportive Reformer class designed for pregnancy, focusing on strength, mobility, breath, and postural support as your body changes. Exercises are adapted for each trimester to help you move safely and confidently.
Suitable for 14 weeks plus. Clearance from a healthcare professional is required, and any relevant conditions should be disclosed.
This class is designed for anyone returning to movement after childbirth in a safe and supportive way. Using the Reformer, we focus on rebuilding core strength and easing common postnatal tightness, particularly through the hips, lower body, and upper back.
Babies who are not yet crawling are welcome, and you’re free to feed, soothe, move, or pause whenever needed.
Suitable from 6–8 weeks post vaginal birth or 12 weeks post C-section, with medical clearance.
